Numen uses Pythagorean numerology — each letter maps to a digit 1–9, and your birthdate is reduced the same way. Here is exactly how every number in your blueprint is derived.
Every letter in your full birth name is converted to its number, then the digits are summed and reduced to a single digit (11, 22, and 33 are kept as master numbers when they appear).
Reduce the month, day, and year to single digits, then add them together and reduce again. Example: March 14 1985 → 3 + 5 + 5 = 13 → 1 + 3 = 4.
The day of birth reduced to a single digit. Example: the 14th → 1 + 4 = 5.
First: month + day. Second: day + year. Third: first + second. Fourth: month + year. Each is reduced to a single digit.
First: |month – day|. Second: |day – year|. Third: |first – second|. Fourth: |month – year|. Always the absolute difference.
All letters in your full birth name are converted and summed, then reduced. This is the assignment your life is built to accomplish.
Only the vowels (A, E, I, O, U — plus Y when it acts as a vowel) are summed and reduced. This is the private motive underneath.
Only the consonants are summed and reduced. This is the face the world meets first.
Life Path + Destiny, reduced to a single digit. The number that emerges in the second half of life.
Birth month + birth day + current calendar year, all reduced. Example: March 14 in 2025 → 3 + 5 + 9 = 17 → 1 + 7 = 8.
Personal Year + current calendar month, reduced.
Master numbers 11, 22, and 33 are kept intact during reduction when the context calls for it. All other double-digit results are reduced to a single digit 1–9.
